In 1820, stocks were offered on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for the first time. We celebrated the anniversary with an Opening Bell. We were joined by Robert Holzmann, Governor of Österreichische Nationalbank, which was the first share to be traded. He brought a facsimile of the share at that time. On his right, Thomas Book, member of the Executive Board of Deutsche Börse AG.
