Exit
Exit Sale of a participation in a new company by a venture capital firm
Venture capital companies are usually very well-informed with respect to the earnings position of the company in which they have invested. If it becomes known that a venture capital company wishes to sell its participation in a company, potential buyers are often suspicious and with good reason.
For this reason, venture capital companies have four exit options: buyback, trade -sale, secondary purchase, and Going Public.
