With this newsflash, Eurex Clearing informs you about the requirements and the respective deadline of the ISV Registration & Software Management initiative.
As announced via Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash from 17 February 2025, Eurex Clearing launched the Software Selection app and the respective enhancements in the FIXML and FpML account creation process in the Member Section on 14 February 2025 which completed the introduction of ISV Registration & Software Management initiative.
With the introduction of this initiative, Eurex Clearing launched a new process for the registration of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and the registration and selection of software used by Eurex Clearing Members.
The following action steps are required from ISVs within the framework of this initiative:
Eurex Clearing Members are recommended to contact their ISVs to inform them on the new requirements of Eurex Clearing.

The above-mentioned steps of the ISV Registration & Software Management initiative need to be completed by 13 June 2025.
Please note that starting from 18 April 2025 the newly introduced fields in the FIXML and/or FpML account creation process will become mandatory for the creation of new accounts. In other words, it will not be possible to create a new FIXML and/or FpML account without assigning the software. Thus, Eurex Clearing encourages the Clearing Members to complete the above-mentioned steps to avoid any complications when creating a new account after 18 April 2025.
Moreover, the Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG are planned to be updated to reflect the new requirements introduced with this initiative. The changes are envisioned to be effective as of 30 June 2025.
