1. Introduction
In the context of the merger of Schaeffler AG with Vitesco Technologies Group AG and subject to the entry in the Commercial Register, we hereby inform you about the tradability of the two shares at Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (FWB®, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange).
2. Required action
Trading Participants have to make sure that the Product Assignment Group of the new instrument is assigned to their trader groups.
3. Details about tradability of the two shares
30 September 2024:
On 30 September 2024, both the preferred shares of Schaeffler AG (DE000SHA0159) andtheordinary shares of Vitesco Technologies Group AG (DE000VTSC017) will be tradable on Xetra (MIC XETR) and on Börse Frankfurt (MIC XFRA) at the regular trading hours.
1 October 2024:
On 1 October 2024, prior to the start of trading, both shares will be suspended from trading on Xetra (MIC XETR) and on Börse Frankfurt (MIC XFRA) and trading will be discontinued after the end of the trading day.
2 October 2024:
On 2 October 2024, trading in the ordinary shares of Schaeffler AG (DE000SHA0019) on Xetra (MIC XETR) and on Börse Frankfurt (MIC XFRA) will start at the regular trading hours.
