Pursuant to § 17 para. 1 lit. b) in conjunction with para. 3 lit. b) General Terms and Conditions-Regulated Unofficial Market (Freiverkehr), the inclusion in the Open Market, Scale, shall be made either on the basis of an inclusion document in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 or on the basis of a securities prospectus valid and approved or certified in accordance with the provisions of the WpPG, which has been prepared in connection with a public offering of the shares to be included.

Previously used inclusion documents are published here for a period of at least five years in accordance with § 40 (1) a) General Terms and Conditions-Regulated Unofficial Market (Freiverkehr).
