Charles Stonehill has over 40 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets as well as in the energy and insurance sectors. He has held various management positions at J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse First Boston and Lazard. As founding partner of Green & Blue Advisors, Mr. Stonehill advises many global companies in different industries on matters relating to strategy, capital raising and risk management. Mr. Stonehill was also an independent non-executive director on boards of international financial services companies such as LCH Clearnet and the London Metal Exchange. Mr Stonehill has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG since 2019. He is a member of the Strategy and Sustainability Committee as well as of the Nomination Committee. He is also member of the Committee of the Chair.
