Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash | C7 Release 11.0: Update on User ID Deletion in Simulation and Production Environment
Dear customer,
With this Newsflash, Eurex Clearing informs you about the User ID Deletion in the simulation and production environments for C7 Release 11.0.
Eurex Clearing is set to implement a user ID deletion process with the simulation scheduled for 8 October 2024 and the production release scheduled for 18 November 2024.
This process will be accompanied by specific deletion criteria and action required, as below.
This deletion process will involve compiling a comprehensive list of the total number of users per Member ID, as well as identifying specific Admin User IDs that will be subject to deletion according to the criteria.
If you have already updated your user ID, please feel free to ignore this.
Deletion Criteria:
All accounts that have not been used for more than two years will be deleted, with the exception of the following:
- Users listed in the “Outsourcing Relationship Overview.”
- Users flagged as “Initial User”
- Users created within the last two years but have not been active.
Members with admin users assigned to the 'Service Administrator' role and the 'A001INQ Internal User Inquire' privilege are able to view all users in the 'User Entitlement Maintenance' window.
Action Required:
- Members should review their C7 GUI user accounts and ensure that active accounts are used regularly.
- Administrators may need to delete outdated accounts before the effective date.
