Eurex Clearing
Dear customer,
With this Newsflash, Eurex Clearing announces the launch of the last step of the ISV Registration & Software Management initiative. The Software Selection app and the respective enhancements in the FIXML & FpML account creation process are now available in the Member Section of Deutsche Börse Group.
As announced in Eurex Clearing Circular 037/24, Eurex Clearing introduced a new process for the selection of third-party software and launched the Software Selection app in the Member Section as of 14 February 2025.
The newly introduced app enables the clients to select the third-party software used to connect to the FIXML and / or FpML interfaces in simulation and / or production. The software that is visible for selection in this app is the software that has been registered by the Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) via the Software Registration app.
All customers who have FIXML and/or FpML accounts in simulation or production are required to select the software they use to connect to the respective interfaces via the new app until 13 June 2025 latest.
If the respective software is not available in the selection list, clients are recommended to contact their ISVs to ensure the registration of this software via the Software Registration app.
In case clients use in-house, self-developed software to connect to FIXML and/or FpML interfaces, they are required to register this software via the Software Registration app. The registered software will be automatically selected for the owner of the software.
Finally, as two new fields have been added to the FIXML and FpML account creation process in the Member Section as of 14 February 2025, clients are required to enhance their new and existing accounts with the details of software owner and software name using these fields by 13 June 2025. Please note that the new fields will become mandatory for the new account creation as of 18 April 2025. Thus, we strongly encourage the clients to complete the software registration and selection by that date to avoid any complications during the creation of new accounts.
