1. Introduction

We would like to draw your attention to the publication of our DORA initiative page, which is designed to assist our customers affected by the DORA regulation in becoming compliant. 

The purpose of this initiative page is to provide an overview of our roll-out approach and to answer frequently asked questions (“FAQs”) with respect to the relationship between customers (in their role as Financial Entity) and Eurex Clearing AG (in its role as ICT Third Party Service Provider, where applicable).  

Additional information and updates to the FAQs will be made available over the coming months until the regulation finally becomes effective.

Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Clearing Conditions or FCM Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG, as applicable.
