1. Introduction

The Executive Board of Eurex Frankfurt AG took the decision to expand its Partnership Program to include Credit Index (Credit) derivatives. The design of the program extension is complementary to the STIR and OTC interest rate derivatives segments. As part of its Partnership Program, Eurex shares governance and economics with the most active program participants.

This circular contains further information on the program and the registration process.

2. Required action/Requirements for participation

Clients who are interested to receive the complete information package about the program are kindly asked to complete the enrolment form on the Eurex Clearing website www.eurex.com/ec-en/ under the following link:

After Eurex Clearing has received the enrolment form, the client will receive the information package including the program registration form.

3. Details of the initiative

The design of the Partnership Program extension is complementary to the existing STIR and OTC interest rate swaps segments. The performance-based program aims to build a balanced ecosystem where responsibilities and benefits are fully aligned between all participants in terms of economics and governance.

Eurex will further offer an incentive program for marketing activities, which will run in parallel with the program.

Measurement for the Credit Partnership Program will commence on 1 August 2025
