1.  Introduction

The Executive Boards of Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG took the following decision with effect from Monday, 4 August 2025:

  • Introduction of a Product Specific Supplement “Equity Index 86 - Total Return Futures on SMI® Index” (Swiss Market Index) denominated in Swiss franc (CHF) as per corresponding Attachment.

Start of production: 4 August 2025

2.  Required action

There is no action required for the Trading Participants. Liquidity Providers should make sure to adjust their quotation behavior.

3.  Details of the initiative

A new Liquidity Provider scheme for Total Return Futures on SMI® Index will be offered. Liquidity Providers can choose between two programs, one with tighter spread requirements (TRF Spread) and one with higher quote size (TRF Size). Independent of the chosen program, incentives will be offered to Liquidity Providers. For more details see the Attachment.

The new Product Specific Supplement (PSS) will be provided in PDF format on the Eurex website www.eurex.com under the following link:
