Eurex Repo
1. Introduction
As part of its ongoing digitalization efforts, Deutsche Börse AG aims to optimize the ordering process for N7 network services provided to Eurex Repo Participants and Multi-Member Service Providers.
In this context, Deutsche Börse AG intends to align the existing contractual documents with other connection agreements that clients and Participants have in place with Deutsche Börse Group.
The new contract document is named “Eurex Repo Connection Agreement” and will replace the “N7 Order Form for Eurex Repo Connectivity”.
2. Required action
This change will affect all Participants and Multi-Member Service Providers that have signed the N7 Service Agreement and N7 Order Form for Eurex Repo Connectivity.
3. Details
Introduced changes
All N7 order forms for the service “Eurex Repo Connectivity” will be replaced by the new agreement “Eurex Repo Connection Agreement”. There will be no changes to the N7 Service Agreements as used for other services. Also any previously provided SEPA mandate will remain effective.
Benefits for clients
Eurex Repo Participants and Multi-Member Service Providers will receive the new “Eurex Repo Connection Agreement” by e-mail.
