The following change only affects API/POA applications. The usage of the F7 Trader GUI and the F7 FIX interface is not affected by this change.
On Saturday, October 18th, 2025, Eurex Repo will install new broker/server certificates in the F7 Production environment, as the current Eurex Repo F7 API broker/server certificates for Production will expire end of October 2025.
These new broker/server certificates for Eurex Repo F7 API will be installed in Production on the early morning of Saturday, October 18th, 2025.
F7 API client applications connecting to F7 Production will need to add these new broker/server certificates to their truststores to be able to connect to Production after October 18th, 2025.
After the change of the broker/server certificates Eurex Repo will offer a connection test window on Saturday, October 18th, 2025, between 10:00 am and noon CET. Customer Technical Support is available during these two hours and customers can reach their TKAM via the VIP number or +49 (0) 69 2 11-1 08 88, per email: cts@deutsche-boerse.com
The procedure to download and install the new certificates follows the same steps already done earlier in October 2025 in Simulation and in Advanced Simulation.
Please download the new broker/server certificates for production for the Eurex Repo Member Section by following this path:
https://membersection.deutsche-boerse.com > Resources > Eurex Repo > System Documentation > Access and Certificates
These new certificates, once extracted from the ZIP file, can be added to your existing truststore (using a new alias) for example by using commands like the ones outlined below:
keytool –import –file prod-f7-api_eurexrepo_com_cert.crt –keystore <PATH TO YOUR TRUSTSTORE> -alias f7apiserver2026prod
keytool –import –file prod-f7-api_vpn_eurexrepo_com_cert.crt –keystore <PATH TO YOUR TRUSTSTORE> -alias f7apivpnserver2026prod
See chapter 7.1 of the document “Eurex Repo F7 Connectivity Guide” (can be downloaded from the same location) for general details on handling broker/server certificates in F7 API.
For convenience, the root and intermediate certificate of the signing CA, DigiCert, are included in both ZIP files too.
The new broker/server certificates can be downloaded and added alongside existing certificates in existing truststores at any convenient point in time prior to Saturday October 18th, 2025.
Failure to download and install these new certificates will prevent API/POA applications from connecting to Eurex Repo’s F7 Production environment after Saturday October 18th, 2025.
Market Status ⓘ
XEUR
The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.
Please find further information about incident handling in the Emergency Playbook published on the Eurex webpage under Support --> Emergencies and safeguards. Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message.
We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
An instant update of the Market Status requires an enabled up-to date Java™ version within the browser.
