The Repo Board Advisory Committee has been established for the purpose of consulting with and making recommendations to the executive boards of Eurex Clearing AG and Eurex Repo GmbH ("Eurex Group") with respect to the to the Repo matters related to the general Repo strategy as well as product and service expansions and developments.
The Committee consists of up to 12 (twelve) Committee Members appointed by the Executive Board. 5 (five) of the Committee Members each represent 1 (one) selected Participants Group and are nominated to the Committee based on their performance in the Eurex Clearing Partnership Program for a two-year term. Further 7 (seven) Committee Members shall be selected by Eurex Group in its sole discretion.
