Eurex Readiness Newsflash | Important reminder regarding the ISV Registration & Software Management initiative

With this newsflash, Eurex reminds you about the requirements of the ISV Registration & Software Management initiative.

As announced via Eurex Circular 054/24, Eurex launched a new process for registering the Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), registration of in-house and third-party software, and assignment of software to the ETI and FIX LF sessions. As a part of this initiative, all affected parties are required to complete below steps in the Member Section in a timely manner.

Required Actions:

  • Independent Software Vendors (ISV), who provide software services to Eurex participants, must register their entity and their software connected to the ETI and FIX LF interfaces via the ISV Registration and Software Registration apps
  • Trading Participants using proprietary software must ensure the registration of their software via the Software Registration app
  • Trading Participants using third-party software are required to select this software via the Software Selection app
  • Eurex participants owning ETI & FIX LF sessions must assign the registered/selected software to their existing sessions

As announced via Eurex Circular 021/25, the Exchange Rules of Eurex Deutschland (“Exchange Rules”) by means of the Nineteenth Amendment Ordinance, as outlined in Attachment 1, are updated to reflect the new requirements introduced with this initiative with the effective date of 30 June 2025.

All parties are, therefore, required to complete the above-mentioned steps to remain compliant with the updated regulatory framework.
