1.  Introduction

The Management Board of Eurex Deutschland took the decision with effect from 2 June 2025 to amend the minimum price gradation in Nano Futures on FTSE Bitcoin Index and on FTSE Ethereum Index in USD pursuant to the Contract Specifications for Futures Contracts and Options Contracts at Eurex Deutschland in the Attachment (hereafter referred to as: Contract Specifications).

To implement the above decision of Eurex Deutschland, the Contract Specifications will be amended with effect from 2 June 2025, as outlined the Attachment.

Furthermore, with effect from the first trading day on 2 June 2025, the following cryptocurrency futures and options on cryptocurrency futures will be activated for trading for Participants in the U.S.:

B. Tradability of Crypto Derivatives for Participants in the U.S.

Eurex Deutschland submitted a written request to the Division of Market Oversight of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to offer Futures and Options on FTSE Ethereum Index Futures (EUR and USD), as well as Nano Futures on FTSE Bitcoin and Ethereum Indexes (USD) in the U.S. The CFTC’s ten-business-day approval window has passed for Futures and Options on FTSE Ethereum Index Futures (EUR and USD), and the ten-business-day approval window for Nano Futures on FTSE Bitcoin and Ethereum Indexes (USD) will pass at the close of 29 May 2025.

According to Eurex Deutschland's registration as a "Foreign Board of Trade" and pending approval for Nano Futures on FTSE Bitcoin and Ethereum Indexes (USD), the above-mentioned products can be offered or sold to persons in the U.S. via Eurex terminals with direct access in the U.S.
