1.  Introduction 

The Management Board of Eurex Deutschland took the following decisions with effect from 1 July 2025:

  • To extend the T7 Trade Entry Service (TES) entry and approval times for EFP and EFS trades on Fixed Income Futures, 
  • To amend the Contract Specifications for Futures Contracts and Options Contracts at Eurex Deutschland (hereafter: “Contract Specifications”) as outlined in the Attachment.

This circular contains all information on the updated sections of the relevant Rules and Regulations of Eurex Deutschland. 

The full version of the updated Contract Specifications will be published on the Eurex website www.eurex.com as of start of trading under:

Rules & Regs > Eurex Rules & Regulations > 03. Contract Specifications

Production start: 1 July 2025

2.  Required action 

There are no required actions to be performed by the Trading Participants.

3.  Details of the initiative 

Following the recent move of the TES periods from the Conditions for Trading at Eurex Deutschland to the Contract Specifications, as outlined in Eurex Circular 116/24, for EFP and EFS trades on Fixed Income Futures, the TES entry and approval times will be extended in the Contract Specifications, from the current time of 15 minutes to the end of the trading day (22:00 CET). This will give Trading Participants the ability to enter and approve EFP and EFS trades in Fixed Income Futures until the end of the trading day, irrespective of which time of day the trade was negotiated. 

The TES entry and approval times for Block Trades will remain unchanged.
