在這種背景下，德意志交易所集團旗下歐洲期貨交易所（Eurex）董事會成員Randolf Roth先生以及亞洲市場發展部主管Mezhgan Qabool女士代表了德意志交易所集團與綠色金融國際研究院（IIGF）簽署了合作諒解備忘錄。這一舉措共同的目標是研究可持續和綠色金融的可能性，共同編制中國相關的指數，並尋求雙方之間的進一步合作機會。
Eurex是第一家提供基於國際基準的ESG產品組合的交易所，並已擁有世界領先的ESG衍生品流動資金池。
本次合作的時機恰到好處。它為Eurex提供了擴展其ESG相關業務的機會，並為在中國市場的進一步合作鋪平了道路。對於中國投資者而言，Eurex為進入歐洲市場的提供了機會。
Randolf Roth表示：“ESG是一種全球趨勢，在亞洲尤其是中國引起了越來越多的關注。因此，我們對與IIGF的合作感到非常高興。這將為我們的ESG業務（尤其是在亞洲）帶來寶貴而有益的信號。”
