Reduction of allowed ethernet frames per minute

As previously announced in the Implementation News from 8 April 2025, Eurex decided to temporarily increase the number of ethernet frames per minute allowed over any 10 Gbit/s Order Entry Co-location cross-connect to 900,000 per minute.

Following the period of high market volatility, Eurex will revert the permitted number of ethernet frames per minute back to the previous limit of 600,000 (see Network Access Guide Section 12.1.2) from 30. April 2025 onwards.

Eurex will continue to monitor market developments and announce any future limit changes in a separate Implementation News.
