Currency risk in this share class is minimised through hedging transactions.

The First Trust Vest U.S. Equity Buffer UCITS ETF - April pursues an active investment strategy, namely to track the performance of the S&P 500 Index up to an upside cap. At the same time, the fund aims to hedge losses (buffer) for the first 10 per cent price decline at the end of the defined target period of one calendar year. To achieve this, the investment management company invests all its assets in FLEX options. The Target Outcome period begins and ends in April each year.
