Deutsche Börse welcomes Fair Oaks Capital as new ETF issuer on Xetra Access to European collateralised loan obligations (CLOs) for the first time

The first active exchange-traded fund from Fair Oaks Capital has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt since Wednesday.

The Fair Oaks AAA CLO Fund UCITS ETF is actively managed and offers investors access to a portfolio of AAA-rated collateralised loan obligations for the first time in Europe. These consist of securitised and bundled corporate loans with variable interest rates. The fund is a long-only portfolio with no leverage and is classified as Article 8 under the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).

The fund aims to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns by investing in and managing a portfolio of AAA-rated European CLOs. The fund only invests in debt instruments with a long-term rating of AAA. The underlying credit exposure is limited to corporate European and US assets.

A rigorous asset selection process is followed to maximise exposure to high quality CLOs.
