New on Xetra: Sector ETF from Xtrackers offers access to the sustainable real estate market

Since Tuesday, a new exchange-traded fund issued by Xtrackers has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.

The Xtrackers Developed Green Real Estate ESG UCITS ETF tracks the performance of the Dow Jones Developed Green Real Estate Index. The fund invests in listed real estate companies from developed countries worldwide, including real estate investment trusts (REITS). Only companies that meet certain ESG criteria are considered.

Climate protection, other ESG objectives and diversification targets play a role in the selection and weighting of individual securities, applying weighting limits and liquidity.

The fund is comprised of 125 companies, mainly REITs in the retail, healthcare, industrial, data centre, residential and hotel sectors.
